Monthly Passenger Update - August 2022

DOMESTIC

In August, the Brisbane Domestic Terminal welcomed over 1.3 million passengers, with a four-fold improvement over August 2021. This result also signifies the continued recovery towards pre-pandemic domestic traffic, with the gap narrowing to a 15% difference compared to August 2019 levels.

INTERNATIONAL

International saw a 2.8% improvement in passenger traffic compared to the previous month, with a total of 281,400 passengers.

Upcoming roadworks at the International Terminal

Several roadwork activities will commence at the southern end of the International Terminal Precinct overnight and into the early morning from Sunday 9 until Tuesday 19 October. Traffic control will be in place in all locations to monitor and manage traffic flow.
