Sun 30 July - Surveying Works on Airport Drive

From 8:00PM on Sunday 30 July until 5:00AM on Monday 31 July, Brisbane Airport Corporation will be undertaking surveying activities.  These activities will be undertaken within the vicinity of the inbound Airport Drive lanes towards the Domestic and International Terminals.

Please note that an additional shift of works has been allocated for contingency.  If the additional shift is required, this will take place from 8:00PM on Monday 31 July until 5:00AM on Tuesday 1 August.

KEY IMPACTS

•        Traffic coming from Southern Cross Way, should take the Charlie Earp
bridge to access Airport drive via Lakeside Drive.

•        Traffic coming from the Airport Drive Flyover, should take Moreton Drive to access the International Terminal via Nancy Bird Way.

They include a fresh modern experience, with upgrades to food and beverage offerings at the southern part of the Domestic Terminal, as well as upgrades to seating and furniture to provide passengers with comfort before they fly.

FY23 Passenger Report

FY23 was a strong year for passenger recovery at Brisbane Airport, with total passengers up 95.7% over the previous period. International and domestic passenger numbers grew by 385.6% and 70.4%, respectively.  As shown in the following report, both domestic and international continue to be in recovery mode, with continued growth expected in the year ahead.
