World Press Photo Gallery at Domestic Terminal

Brisbane Powerhouse have an upcoming activation at the Domestic Terminal, featuring the World Press photo gallery
from Friday 28 July to Monday 21 August 2023.

Pop-up exhibitions will be located outside the Virgin Australia Lounge, Southern Domestic Terminal, as well as
the at the Qantas end of the Northern Domestic Terminal, outside The Food Collective.

For the first time, Brisbane Airport will display a mini pop up gallery of the World Press Photo exhibition through
BAC and EVA Airways' sponsorship of Brisbane Powerhouse. The World Press Photo Exhibition showcasing the best and most important
photojournalism from around the globe.

Introduction of Automated Public Announcement System

Brisbane Airport Corporation are in the process of implementing an automated public announcement system in the Domestic Terminal that will improve terminal ambience and quality of public announcements. This system will be used in conjunction with the current manual PA system for messaging as required during the staged rollout.

Thursday 3 August - Power Interruptions at the International Terminal

Brisbane Airport will be undertaking maintenance works of both the Essential & Non-Essential power systems within the International Terminal on Thursday 3 August 2023, between the hours of 3:00pm and 3:30pm.There will be a 30-minute disruption for both systems, following a short duration the Essential power system will return).
