Welcome Electoral Commission of Queensland

The State Government has secured a long-term lease for the 2,200sqm office and warehouse facility located at 26 Qantas Drive in Export Park. The Electoral Commission of Queensland will now occupy the premises that was previously leased by Direct Couriers until they moved into their new facility at 13 Qantas Drive. 

Quickly leased off-market with multiple interested parties, this transaction demonstrates the ongoing strength of the industrial leasing market in the Australia TradeCoast region and the drawcard of airport property.

We would like to warmly welcome The Electoral Commission of Queensland to the BNE community and wish them all the best with their future operations at Brisbane Airport.

May saw more than 1.72 million passengers, almost up 18% from the prior year.  Domestic traffic was up 6.4%, while International numbers were twice that of May 2022.
