International Arrivals Hall Trial

Brisbane Airport Corporation is conducting a trial within the International Terminal Arrivals Hall to record transaction time data for passengers within peak periods, and to validate assumptions surrounding a potential change in operating model. The trial will be conducted from 0500 – 1030hrs daily from Sunday 21 May 2023 to Wednesday 24 May 2023 (inclusive).

Throughout the trial period, you will notice changes to the way passengers are being processed within the Hall. These are included in the document below.
