20-23 August 2024: DTB SUP - Baggage Loop 4

As part of DTB SUP, works have been undertaken to construct a 4th baggage loop in the northern BMA. Part of this work will involve construction of concrete footings as well as a canopy to cover the new loop. To facilitate this, work a partial closure of one of the lanes on the perimeter road is required for delivery and lifting of materials.

26 August 2024: DTB SUP - Unscreened Arrivals Corridor South (A4)

As part of the Domestic Terminal Building Security Upgrade Project, an airside / landside arrivals corridor has been facilitated at the southern end of the Domestic Terminal to arrive unscreened passengers into the terminal, due to the coming closure of Gate A3 in the Common User Terminal due to the construction of the new security screening point mezzanine.For further information please refer to

21-24 August - International L4 Wire Screen Cleaning on Viewing Terrace

Brisbane Airport's cleaning contractor, Trident Services Australia will be carrying out cleaning of the wire screens installed across the Viewing Terrace, inside the International Terminal (Level 3 & 4) from Wednesday, 21 August through to the morning of Saturday, 24 August.
