August 5: Remote Car Parking Expansion - Site Establishment

BAC's car parking facilities are currently at full capacity, creating a need for additional space to accommodate public, staff, and valet parking. This project will address this demand by delivering three new at-grade carpark assets to meet current and future requirements.

  • Airpark Expansion: Expand the Airpark with approximately 1,700 additional bays for public parking.
  • Acacia Street Valet: Construct a new valet carpark on Acacia Street, providing around 1,400 bays.
  • CPA Valet to Staff Conversion: Convert the existing CPA valet parking to staff parking, adding approximately 1,730 bays. This will include extending Bert Hinkler Drive and creating a new staff bus stop.

7 August: DTB SUP - Temporary Northern Loading Dock Construction

Further to Stakeholder Notice D25, forming part of the Domestic Terminal Security Upgrade project, a temporary loading dock is being established at the northern end of the terminal.
